Therapy is for Everyone
Therapy can be beneficial to everyone, not just those who seem to need it the most. Therapy can help you develop positive coping mechanisms which will help you get through hard times within your life. These difficult times may be a death of a loved one, divorce, school stress, the loss of a job, etc. Therapy will also help you strengthen your relationships, whether that is with your family, a significant other, friends, etc. Some benefits of therapy include less pain, better sleep, improved communication, less stress, and increased happiness.
